Enon plantation offers true plantation style bobwhite quail hunting to
discerning wing shooters. Intense game management of over 10,000 acres
produces the type of hunt our guests both enjoy and expect. During the
summer months, the terrain is managed for maximum quail production. Open
stands of pines with thick brush, feed lines, sagebrush, ragweed fields and
partridge peas provide the perfect habitat for quail to flourish. We make
every effort to increase your odds for a successful day's hunt.
Choose from early release quail hunting by horseback and mule drawn wagon or
liberated quail hunting by jeep. This choice affords each group the options
of their preferred style of hunting. Some hunters enjoy combining the two
types by hunting early release birds in the morning and liberated birds in the
afternoon.
Our
guests are welcomed on arrival with appetizers and cocktails by
the fire. Dinner and orientation from your host soon
follows before you retire for a restful night's sleep.
